stinkiness.

working out sucked this morning. did only 1.6 mi out of my usual 3+. blah.

need more motivation.

my weight has leveled off, can't seem to lose more.

what do i do?

i'm down to 108...yippee!

and...i finished my disney scrapbook before his b-day. yay!

now to keep up the momentum...


btw, i forgot our 5th yr anniversary was 4 days ago...oops.

blah.

i'm feeling very cruddy. trying to diet, but i have no willpower, i still eat tons of junk food. sigh.

last weekend i went to charlotte for baby's 1st birthday. she's such a cutie! chieu also took me out to eat tons, as always, and shopping =) wheeee. the no shopping thing only lasted 2 weeks...lol. but that's 2 weeks better than i've done in the past.

i need to get myself centered.

no shopping.
eat healthy - stick to the diet!
work out more regularly (i've been good minus my trip to charlotte)

feeling quite fat today.
note to self: think of this when you want to dig into a bag of chips.

late b-day blog

i forgot to write about my early b-day present from chieu...(june 17-19)

so i got back to clt on june 16th, spend the night and left at noon the next day. chieu wouldn't tell me where we were going, it was a nice surprise.

we started off in lexington for famous bbq at lexington's bbq. then he took me to the smithfield outlets for shopping =) we spent the night in rocky mount, nc. with smithfield's bbq for dinner (it was more of fried chicken...lol). the next morning, we drove to outerbanks and spent the day at the beach, more outlet shopping, good local seafood. (kill devil hills grill and flying fish) that night we had a beach front hotel room. it was perfect. next day, more good seafood, some beach time, but the weather wasn't very sunny. boo. and we stopped at the wright brother's museum (picture below). dinner was at captain george's seafood buffet. the food was soo good.

it was such a surprise. i didn't know where we were going til we got there. makes me appreciate him that much more =D

i'm so proud of myself...i actually ran a full mile today...and it only took me 14 min..lol.

it's a start!

i'm so thankful to have chieu in my life. I was selfish this weekend and asked him to come up on for my birthday, knowing he already had plans with his friends and expected me to be there with him. He never once made me feel bad for asking him to come up and ditch all his plans, but i did feel bad. I wanted him all to myself.

i don't know what i'd do without him sometimes. i'm so glad i found him =D

for my b-day, chieu came up and hung out over the 4th <3

so yesterday we went to the salem fair, tons of fun. we walked around, had some good food and delicious funnel cake, watched a pig race (soooo redneck), a sea lion show, cinnaron(?) - some weird country band and a pirate of the columbian caribbean show (more acrobats than anything). spent 4 hours there and it was tons of fun!
