i binged on everything i could get my hands on for 2 days...gained 4 lbs. then ran 10+ mi this morning to make up for it. i <3 the taste of food, i hate what it does to my body. blah. need to get outta this mindset. i've been so obsessed with dieting/working out/counting calories.
i wish i could go back to the old me...3 square meals a day, not afraid of snacks.
will it ever happen?
