this week was so difficult.
no motivation to work out.
back up to 100 lbs. i shouldn't complain. my low/high point was 118. i'm doing good on that aspect. i just need to maintain it now.
5 weeks ago, i was 100.8. so in 5 weeks, i've lost 0.8 lbs. sad.
at least chieu's coming. somethign to look forward to. =D
